Garlic Prawns: (GF option) Sautéed king prawns, creamy garlic sauce, served spilling out of a filo pastry basket with crispy prosciutto Entrée or Main
Lamb Koftas: (GF) With a harissa yoghurt dip, tomato and cucumber salsa
Sticky Sesame Cauliflower: (GF/V) lightly battered and tossed in a sticky ginger, garlic, sesame and soy glaze
Baked Camembert Cheese: Layered with puff pastry, with caramelized onion and pancetta, rocket and pinenut salad.
Arancini Balls: (GF/V) Roasted pumpkin and pinenut, tomato chilli concasse
Atlantic Salmon Fillet: (GF) Pan-fried Atlantic Salmon fillet, roasted vegetable, spinach and Danish feta salad w/ caramelised balsamic glaze
Lemon and Rosemary Lamb Rump: (GF) Kumara mash, asparagus, feta crumble, pomegranate molasses
Supreme Breast of Chicken: (GF) Supreme breast of chicken with a brie and walnut stuffing, roast potatoes and a seeded mustard cream sauce.
Spanish Vegetable Stew Pisto: (GF Option/V) Braised vegetables with a aromatic tomato sauce with black rice, Persian feta and pita bread.
Pistachio encrusted Pork Fillet: (GF) Pistachio encrusted pork fillet, herbed potatoes with caramelised apple brandy cream sauce.
Chocolate Baklava Cigars: Served with coffee soil and Tia Maria mascarpone
